چکیده
شکل گیری و گسترش سکونت‌گاه‌های غیررسمی، از جمله پیامدهای رشد شهرنشینی بوده، و شهر زنجان نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. منطقه ی اسکان غیررسمی نجف آباد در اثر مهاجرت‌های بی رویه و کنترل نشده روستایی شکل گرفته و گسترش یافته است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش تأمین اجتماعی در توان‌مند سازی و رفع مشکلات محله ی نجف آباد زنجان می باشد. در رویکرد توان‌مندسازی، عامل مشارکت مردمی دارای اهمیت زیادی می باشد که متأثر از میزان توانایی اقتصادی و رضایت‌مندی است؛ از این رو در این پژوهش، رابطه ی بین متغیرهای وضعیت درآمد و توانایی به‌سازی محل سکونت؛ مهاجرت، میزان رضایت‌مندی و تفاوت نسلی و برخورداری از بیمه در توان‌مندسازی به‌سازی محله ی هدف سنجیده شده است. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش-های اسنادی و میدانی (مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. اطلاعات حاصل از بررسی متغیرهای مندرج در سیصد و بیست پرسشنامه ای (حجم نمونه) که از 28814 سرپرستان خانوار ساکن در سکونت‌گاه‌های غیررسمی محله‌ی نجف آباد زنجان (جامعه‌آماری) به‌دست آمده در نرم افزار Spss تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. بررسی های انجام شده در زمینه ی به‌سازی محل سکونت و میزان درآمد وجود رابطه ی مستقیم (001/0 p - value = ) بین این دو متغیر را تأیید می نماید. نتایج به‌دست آمده، حاکی از آن است که بین نسل های اول و دوم مهاجران روستایی از حیث میزان رضایت‌مندی از محله ی نجف آباد تفاوت وجود دارد (0p - value = )، همچنین در منطقه ی هدف بین عدم اجرای حوزه‌های حمایتی تأمین اجتماعی و توانایی ساکنان در به‌سازی واحد مسکونی ارتباط مستقیم مشاهده می شود (21233/ 0 = p – value).

Formation and expantion of informal settlements are concequences of urban growth and Zanjan isn't an exception to this regulation. Najaf Abad informal settlement has been formed and expanded on the bases of uncontrolled and exceeding rural immigration. This study aims to investigate role of social security in empowerment as well as elimination district problems of Zanjan Najaf Abad.
In the empowerment approach, people is a significant factor in empowerment approach which is influenced by economic ability and satisfaction. therefore this study attempts to estimate relationship between income status, location improvement ability, immigration, satisfaction, generational difference and insurance in empowerment and improvement of Najaf Abad district estimated.
The method of research was descriptive and applied one and for doing this research at first data collection carried out with litreture review and field work survey. The information give from variables study that inserted in 320 questionnaire (sample size) from 28814 living households in the Zanjan Najaf Abad informal settlements (statistical society) were submitted to statistical package for social science Software (spss version 19) and then analysed. The finding demonstrate a significant positive relationship between location improvement and income. The finding demonststrate a significant positive relationship( p - value = 0.1) between location improvement and income.
The study results indicate there are different between first and second generations of rural immigrations in regard to satisfaction from Najaf Abad district (p – value = 0). Furthermore, a positive significant relationship between not application of social support field and ability of residents in improvement of residential unit was observed (p – value = 0.21233).
