Abstract

Earthquake is one of the most known and destructive natural disasters in the world and especially in Iran. Based on this, the issue of assessing urban resilience against earthquake risk, which is a relatively new concept in urban studies and urban planning, is very important. In this research, which was carried out with the aim of evaluating the resilience of the city of Islamabad-gharb against the risk of earthquake, two integrated models of weighted linear combination (WLC) and fuzzy gamma operator (Gamma) were used. Analytical Hierarchy Method (AHP) has also been used to weight the variables. In order to evaluate the resilience of the city of West Islamabad against earthquakes using two combined models of weighted linear combination and gamma operator with values ​​of 0.3, 0.5 and 0.9, maps in five classes with very low, low, medium, high and very high resilience levels. it was prepared. On the other hand, the results of total quality index (QS) were used to evaluate the accuracy of the maps created by the mentioned models. The results of accuracy evaluation calculations showed that the value of total quality index (QS) of the maps produced by gamma rounders 0.3, 0.5, 0.9 and WLC model were 0.051, 0.052, 0.138 and 0.611 respectively. is 0. Considering the higher QS value of the WLC model compared to the QS value of the gamma operators 0.3, 0.5 and 0.9, it is concluded that the most efficient and accurate model for evaluating the resilience of the city of West Islamabad against earthquake is the WLC model..
