Optimal distribution of urban green spaces is necessary in line with sustainable goals and equitable access to urban services. The aim of the article is the optimal location of inner-city green spaces in line with the proper distribution of this type of uses in order to facilitate access and improve demand. The type of applied research and descriptive-analytical research method is based on documentary studies and field investigations. Data and information were collected by library method and referring to related organizations. Data and information were analyzed using ArcGIS, Super Decision and MATLAB software tools. The results of the research show that the state of the green spaces of Zabol city at the level of 5 districts do not have the same share of the optimal distribution of green spaces in the city, for example, the 2nd district of Zabol city despite having 29% of the city's population has an unusual share of 77% (77129 square meters) of the total green space of the city. In order to access the optimal or fair distribution of urban green space, the amount of difference between the 5 districts of Zabol city and in the next steps, after the steps of analyzing the information layers, classification and internal valuation of the layers and weighting and overlapping of the information layers in the ArcGIS environment, the city's lands will be prioritized Zabol is used to create green space. Then, using the meta-heuristic algorithm of Tabu search (TS) in the field of solving the problem of locating the Hub, the most suitable areas were selected according to the coordinates of 40 districts localities, and 2 areas were selected as the final options for establishing a new green space.
