Abstract
Nowadays, by dispatching of rural people and low income persons to cities, we face with many problems such as housing shortage with low quality. Also, government tried to provide house for low income groups and finish this problem permanently. Houses stainable and citizens satisfaction about Mehr Housing is main subject that we need extensive studies in it. So, current study relate to satisfaction measurement about house stainable potential in Ardebil city and city regions ranking pattern. This study is applied according to aim and it is analytical-descriptive according to nature and methodology and it’s statistical society include all of Ardebil citizens. Sample volume was determined by using Cochrane formulae with 385 persons. It is necessary to mention that sampling method in current study is classified random proportion with every region population. To investigate satisfaction amount from house stainable potential; single t-test was used in framework of SPSS Software; KOPRAS model and Arc GIS Software was applied for plans drawing. Study results showed that satisfaction amount from Ardebil city house stainable potential is in middle level and the highest amount relate to 1 region and lowest amount relate to 5 region. Also Ardebil 5 regions are located in three clusters of satisfaction with middle level (1 region with Qi=0.396), low satisfaction (2 and 3 regions with Qi=0.19, 0.27) and very low satisfaction (4 and 5 city regions with Qi=0.10, 0.06 respectively.)
