ارزیابی و تحلیل وضعیت ایمنی و امنیت در حمل و نقل عمومی شهر شیراز با تأکید بر امنیت زنان (مطالعه موردی: کاربران مترو در ایستگاه نمازی شیراز)

چکیده

مسائل ایمنی و امنیت در حمل و نقل شهری برای چندین دهه مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان حمل و نقل بوده است. اعتقاد بر این است که ادراکات ایمنی شخصی تأثیر قابل توجهی بر مسافران حمل و نقل عمومی دارد. از این رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی سطح ایمنی و امنیت ایستگاه متروی نمازی شیراز از دیدگاه کاربران آن است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. اطلاعات ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش‌های اﺳﻨﺎدی و ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻲ(ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ) ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺷﺪه است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کاربران ایستگاه مترو نمازی شهرشیراز در سال 1402 است. محاسبه حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران معادل 384 نفر برآورد گردید و برای توزیع پرسشنامه از شیوه تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. داده ‌های ﮔﺮدآوری ﺷﺪه با روش‌های آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﻣﻮرد تجزیه و تحلیل ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. نتایج نشان داد سطح امنیت در ایستگاه متروی نمازی شیراز از نظر کاربران آن باضریب 68/3 بالاتر از حدمتوسط است. سطح امنیت زنان با ضریب 63/3 بالاتر از حدمتوسط قرار دارد اگرچه نسبت به سطح امنیت مردان با ضریب 73/3 در سطح کم تری قرار دارد، اما این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود. از بین شاخص‌های امنیت، آزار و اذیت کلامی یا توهین باضریب 36/3 بدترین وضعیت را از نظر کاربران زن در ایستگاه متروی نمازی شهر شیراز دارد. همچنین نتایج دیگر پژوهش نشان داد ویژگی‌های روانشناختی کاربران، ویژگی‌های محیطی ایستگاه و ویژگی‌های فردی کاربران به ترتیب با ضرایب 56/0، 41/0 و 40/0 بیشترین تأثیر را بر ادراک امنیت کاربران از ایستگاه متروی نمازی شیراز داشتند.

چکیده [English]

Issues of safety and security in urban transport have been the interest of transportation planners for decades. Perceptions of personal safety are believed to have a significant influence on public transport ridership. therefore, The main purpose of this research is to investigate the level of safety and security of Namazi subway station in Shiraz city from the point of view of its users. the present study is applied in terms of purpose, practical and according to nature and method, it is descriptive of survey type. the information required based on documentary and survey(questionnaire) methods have been prepared. The statistical population of the research is the users of Namazi subway station in Shiraz in 2023. The Cochran's formula was used to calculate the sample size, according to which the sample size was estimated to be 200 persons A simple random method was used to distribute the questionnaire. data collected based on descriptive and inferential statistics methods have been analyzed.The results showed that the level of security in Shiraz's Namazi subway station is higher than the average with a coefficient of 3.68.The security level of women with a coefficient of 3.63 is higher than the average, although it is at a lower level than the security level of men with a coefficient of 3.73,but this difference was not statistically significant.Among the safety indicators, verbal harassment or insults with a coefficient of 3.36 have the worst situation in the view of female users in Namazi subway station in Shiraz city.Also, other results of the research showed that the psychological characteristics of the users, the environmental characteristics of the station, and the individual characteristics of the users, respectively, had the greatest effect on the perception of the safety of the users of the Shiraz Namazi subway station with coefficients of 0.56, 0.41, and 0.40.
