جغرافیای شرکتی خدمات APS کلانشهر تهران مورد پژوهی: شرکت‌های خدمات مهندسی ICT

چکیده

در این مقاله ابتدا جغرافیای شرکتی خدمات ICT در کلانشهر تهران منعکس شده است. سپس کارکرد شرکت‌های مهندسی ICT در رابطه با جایگاه تهران و پیوند آن با شبکة شهرهای جهانی نشان داده شده است. هدف مقاله ابتدا شناخت و تحلیل ویژگی‌‌های فضایی و کارکردی شرکت‌های ICT در راستای تبیین جایگاه و پیوند مکانی و کارکردی تهران از طریق شاخص حضور شرکت های ICT در شبکة شهری جهانی است. برای نمونه از 50 شرکت ارائه دهندة این خدمات، پرسشگری و مصاحبه به عمل آمده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که: 1- کلانشهر تهران، مرکز فرماندهی و مدیریت خدمات ICT در ایران است 2- تهران از نظر پیوندهای جهانی به واسطة حضور شرکت های ICT ، شهر جهانی محسوب نمی شود 3- از نظر فضایی، خدمات ICT، با فاصله گرفتن از CBD شهر، در حال حرکت به سمت کانون خدمات شرکتی کلانشهر تهران می‌باشند.

Corporate Geography of Tehran APS A Case study of ICT Firms

چکیده [English]

This article begins with explanation of ICT importance in cities restructuring with emphasizing on spatial behavior of ICT firms in a Tehran metropolis. The main purpose of this article is to examine the determinants of location decision making by ICT firms as well as their transnational function in Tehran’s international relations. Analyses of data collected from 50 firms of almost 500, including questionnaire, interviews and published documents reveal that three main findings: First, Tehran is a national command and control center of ICT Firms in Iran. Second; despite the high potential of Tehran for participation in the global cities network, for the time being, Tehran has a very weak status in connection with World Cities Network. Therefore, it is not a world city yet. Finally a new sector of corporate based economy has formed in conjunction with Tehran CBD in the last two decades. In conclusion ICT firms moved in to Tehran Corporate Services District (A new service based economic district of city).
