چکیده
چکیده:
شهر جدید بینالود به عنوان دومین شهر جدید کلان شهر مشهد در 55 کیلومتری جنوب غربی آن واقع شده است. روش پژوهش به کار گرفته شده در این مقاله «توصیفی ـ تحلیلی» می باشد و برای تحلیل پرسشنامه ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردیده است و حجم نمونه ما برابر با 310 نفر می باشد. جمعیت شهر جدید بینالود تا سال 1388 برابر با 3818 نفر می باشد که بیان گر تحقق 78/6 درصدی جمعیت این شهر جدید می باشد. با توجه به اینکه اکثریت جمعیت شهر جدید بینالود بومی منطقه (روستای اوارشک و فخرداوود) هستند، تمایل کمی به ترک شهر جدید بینالود و احساس تعلق خاطر بالایی نسبت به این شهر جدید دارند. وضعیت انواع خدمات شهری شهر جدید بینالود از لحاظ کمی و کیفی نامناسب بوده است. نتایج مستخرج از پرسشنامه بیان گر نارضایتی شهروندان این شهر جدید از وضعیت خدمات شهری آن می باشد. با توجه به اینکه شهروندان شهر جدید بینالود، میزان رضایت متوسط رو به کمی از اسکان در این شهر جدید دارند، اکثریت آنها نظر مثبتی درباره ی لزوم احداث شهرداری در شهر جدید بینالود دارند. در نهایت هم پیشنهاداتی جهت بهبود وضعیت این شهر جدید ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]
The main goal of this research is analyze city identity and urban services in Binalood new town as the second new town of Mashhad megalopolis while in 55 kilometer southwest located it. The methodological method involved in this research is "descriptive-analytical". The population of Binalood new town was 3818 in 2011 which indicates 5.66 % realizable. Sample size in this research was 310 persons and SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaires. Paying attention to the fact that most of its population are local people (Avareshk and Fakhr Davood rural), their tendency to leave Binalood is low and their interest toward the city is high. The present of various urban services of Binalood new town is unsuitable. Results obtained from the questionnaire indicate the dissatisfaction of this new town’s citizens about the state of urban services. Given that the citizen of Binalood new town, have got middle to low satisfaction for residence in this new town, the majority of citizen have got positive opinion about constitution municipality in Binalood new town.
