چکیده
بافت های کهن شهری یکی از ارزشمندترین و گرانبهاترین آثار فرهنگی محسوب می شود که گواهی بر یک تمدن با شکوه و افتخارآمیز دارد و شناسنامه واقعی شهرها محسوب می شود. علیرغم تمامی شکوه و عظمت مثال زدنی خویش، به سبب عدم توجه دقیق و مناسب، چندی است دچار فرسودگی و ضعف شده و در آستانه تهدیدهای مختلف قرار گرفته است که ادامه حیاتشان را دچار مشکل کرده و باید برای آن چاره ای اندیشید. در این تحقیق بافت قدیم شهر آران و بیدگل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
در این تحقیق از روش اسنادی (کتابخانه ای) و پیمایش استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی کارشناسان و متخصصین در حوزه نوسازی و بهسازی بافت های قدیم شهری را در برمی گیرد. حجم نمونه به صورت تصادفی تعداد 30 نفر تعیین گردید. در روش پیمایشی در قسمت سؤالات عمومی از تحلیل توصیفی برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات کمک گرفته شد. بر این اساس با مدل SWOT نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدیدها بررسی شده و در نهایت راهکارهای رسیدن به اولویت های مبتنی بر جهت گیری های برنامه راهبردی و چشم انداز ارائه می شود. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد اولویت اول برای برنامه ریزی راهبردی بافت قدیم استراتژی رشد و توسعه می باشد. بطوری که این راهبرد شامل جذب گردشگر و تولید درآمد و اشتغال، استفاده از مشارکتهای مردمی در راه رسیدن به توانمند سازی با توجه به ویژگیهای فرهنگی مذهبی بافت، بهره وری از نیروی فعال و بومی در امر ساماندهی و توانمندسازی، تشکیل شرکت احیاء و ساماندهی برای هر محله توسعه صنعت گردشگری، اقدامات فرهنگی و فرهنگ سازی و اطلاع رسانی، افزایش تعامل مراکز مذهبی با نهاد های مدنی برای بسترسازی مشارکت مدنی می باشد.

Abstract
Introduction
Texture of the old city, one of the most valuable and most precious cultural relics are evidence of a civilization that is magnificent and proud Birth certificate is real and cities. Despite all the glory of his exemplary, Due to the lack of accurate and appropriate, Some have been on the verge of exhaustion and weakness of the various threats to their lives have been affected and continue to ponder the alternatives. This study was designed to examine the old town of Aran Bidgol .
Methodology
In this method, the documents (library) are used to navigation. The population of experts in the field of tissue repair and refurbishment of the old city are included in the. Random sample of 30 individuals was determined. General Questions for the descriptive analysis of the survey data were used to analyze. SWOT model based on the strengths, weaknesses, Opportunities and threats are analyzed, and the strategies to achieve priority-based scheduling strategy for making old strategy are developed.
Results
The results show that the first priority for strategic planning and development strategy is old.
Conclusion
the strategy of attracting tourists and generate income and employment, Public use of the road to empowerment , Rehabilitation and reorganization of the company for the development of tourism , Cultural practices and culture and information , Increased interaction with civil society organizations, religious institutions, the context of civic participation .
