Abstract

Introduction: Hotels are very important pillar of the tourism industry that provides extensive service to the tourists. Hotel industry can play an important role for growing and developing tourism industry in every country.
Theoretical bases: The purpose of this study is calculating the efficiency and Prioritizing two, three and five stars hotels in Yazd province, using DEA and Gray analysis methods. In this study, the performance of hotels with the DEA method with input and output orientation showed that nine hotels are efficient.
Discussion: For this model, the number of rooms, beds and employees as inputs and income from each rooms and the number of guests as the output are considered. Finally, the gray relation analysis is used for rating hotels that were efficient.
Conclusion: Finding show that Safaei Hotel has been placed in first rank.
