تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری با تأکید بر نقش یکپارچگی اجتماعی

چکیده

بازآفرینی شهری محله‌محور، یک مفهوم در حال تحول و پویا است که موجب تغییر نگرش از تمرکز صرف بر بعد فیزیکی محلات به ایجاد چشم‌انداز پیچیده‌تری همچون بهبود کیفیت زندگی ساکنان شده است. در ابعاد اجتماعی بازآفرینی شهری، رویکرد یکپارچگی اجتماعی اهمیت فزاینده‌ای پیدا کرده است. این دیدگاه، بعد اجتماعی را در مرکز فرآیندهای احیاکننده قرار داده است. اتخاذ رویکرد یکپارچگی اجتماعی در فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری یک محله‌ به کاهش فواصل اجتماعی بین گروه‌ها و افزایش ارزش‌ها و رفتارهای سازگارتر کمک می‌کند. یکپارچگی اجتماعی به عنوان میانجی بین بازآفرینی شهری و متغیر‌های مستخرج از ادبیات نظری شامل مشارکت، ارتباط اجتماعی و عدالت و برابری مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است تا تأثیر وجود یا عدم وجود آن بر موفقیت بازآفرینی شهری محله بریانک مشخص گردد. بطورکلی در این مطالعه 280 پرسشنامه به شیوه حضوری توزیع شده است که پس از غربالگری اولیه، 255 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل توسط روش معادلات ساختاری و بوت استراپ با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ایموس نسخه 26.0 قرار گرفته است. در این روش با تعیین متغیرها و ایجاد مدل مسیر و مدل ساختاری، ضرایب مسیر محاسبه شدند و مدل تعریف شده مورد آزمون و اصلاح قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل ساختاری نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهای مشارکت، ارتباط اجتماعی و عدالت و برابری هم بصورت مستقیم با بازآفرینی شهری محله‌ بریانک رابطه دارند و هم بصورت غیرمستقیم از طریق متغیر یکپارچگی اجتماعی بر فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری تأثیر می‌گذارند که رابطه آنها با یکدیگر رابطه‌ای مثبت می‌باشد. به بیان دیگر پس از تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته مشخص شد که متغیر یکپارچگی اجتماعی دارای نقش میانجی جزئی است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سطح مشارکت، ارتباط اجتماعی و عدالت و برابری و به تبع آن یکپارچگی اجتماعی در محله بریانک پایین می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The neighborhood plays a prominent role in social integration, because good neighborhood relations help to create effective social networks and form social connections (Ruan et al, 2023). One of the problems in the neighborhood's urban regeneration process is the lack of social integration (Jin, 2022). In addition, there is a need for greater social integration in the urban regeneration process of a neighborhood that involves the local community in planning and decision-making. Urban regeneration at the neighborhood level can have a positive impact on the quality of life and creating social cohesion and integration.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the urban regeneration pattern of Briyank neighborhood and also investigating the mediating role of social integration in this pattern. The results of this research show that the three variables of participation, social connection and justice and equality directly affect the urban regeneration process of Briyank neighborhood and the increase of these variables in the neighborhood can lead to the success of the urban regeneration projects of this neighborhood. The results obtained from the bootstrap show that social integration partially has a positive mediating effect on participation with P=0.006, social connection with P=0.017 and justice and equality with P=0.004 in the urban regeneration process of Briyank neighborhood. These results show that the variables of participation, social connection and justice and equality will directly affect the pattern of urban regeneration of the neighborhood; But if there is social integration in the neighborhood, the partial effect of the presence of a mediator will facilitate the participation of residents, establish better social relations with each other, and increase the probability of establishing justice and equality in the urban regeneration process of Briyank neighborhood.
